Liveset - Sven Väth

Hi All,

My first intro to Sven Väth was in the early 90's. Specifically, Accident in Paradise. I could listen to that over and over... when I found out that he was a DJ (by trade really) I had to see him. Having the opportunity to see him spin 3 times, I was blown away each time. On set I recall being almost 6 hours.

I have a number of MP3s of rare tracks - be it from 12" promo singles, long since deleted remixes and other such goodies. While my intent was to post full albums/EPs and singles, would you all like access to rare MP3s as well?

Is so, do you want them as individual MP3s, or would you prefer a rar/zip by artist?

Future Sounds of London - Dead Cities

Ok,

This is another classic... quite frankly, FSOL is one of the ground
breaking groups of electronic/ambient/techno and they don't get
the due respect they should get.

After this album, which has the fantastic tracks - Dead Cities,
We Have Explosives and My Kingdom - Future Sounds of London
took a long break. From what I recall, this was due to mercury
poisoning that Garry Cobain suffered from (and almost killed him).

You still have the ability to buy this album new, so please do so from

Do you remember hearing something for the first time - something
that is unlike anything else you've ever heard? For me, the Chemical
Brothers' "Exit Planet Dust" is exactly that.

I remember, back in late 94/early 95 when I heard "Leave Home" and
thought is was amazing. Little did I know that the single in question
was going to spawn an entire career.

Hi,

As I was going through my collection, which I clean out from time to time, I found some outstanding Livesets - two of which I am posting today. But, even more exciting, is the fact that I found my old Orb Liveset archive.

Within the next few days I'll be posting a number of mid to late 90's Orb Livesets (mainly straight from the mixing board.) If you are a fan, I STRONGLY suggest you check back. Well worth it!

Several months back, when word came out that the Orb was releasing a new album, I was all excited to get my hands on it - much like I was in the early 90's. I have to say, it took me awhile to get into the album but it's now always in my play list.

Please note, this is NOT the full album as it is missing a few tracks. My mate took the CD and hasn't returned it! (WANKER)
